End User License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using IDPageMaker ("the App"), licensed by Sifu Song ("Licensor").

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, lawful purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  1. Use the App to forge, alter, or misrepresent official identity documents
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
  3. Redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without written permission
  4. Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

3. Acceptable Use

The App is intended to help users organize and print personal ID materials at accurate physical dimensions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and that shared documents are sent only to trusted recipients.

4. In-App Purchases

iOS: VIP access is available via auto-renewing subscriptions (monthly/yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Android: VIP access is available via a one-time lifetime purchase through Google Play Billing. Free features may include rewarded advertisements before save or share actions.

All billing, refunds, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective terms.

5. Free & VIP Features

Free users may access gallery-based workflows and export with rewarded ads and a footer brand watermark. VIP users unlock camera capture across all modules, ad-free save/share, and watermark-free exports. Feature availability may change with App updates.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by Licensor and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee print output accuracy for every printer or jurisdiction-specific ID specification.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR MISUSE OF GENERATED DOCUMENTS.

9. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete all copies of the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction of the Licensor, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
